1. How fast is the order processing?
The processing of orders lasts no longer than several days. The delivery time is usually from 2 to 5 weeks since sending time depending on customs work.
2. Do you have the items in stock and will they be sent immediately or should I wait until you receive them from suppliers?
All items are in stock unless “preorder” is indicated in the item description.
3. I made a mistake in my order. How can I add or remove an item?
You should write us about that to email@example.com. If order was already processed changes isn't possible.
4. Can I get any discounts when making a large order?
If the total cost of your order exceeds $30-$50 you'll be able to add a gift CD to your order.

The Discount coupon is usually provided to the customers during sales and active special offers. The coupon could be either send to a customer by e-mail or published at the website. Besides that, there is a possibility to make a gift to your friend by buying a coupon for a definite sum in advance.

7. Return and refund policy
You can return an item to us if there are some defects in the received item. Each case will be considered personally. For return you have to write a letter to our e-mail indicating Order Code, item name and defect. Claims without Order Code will not be considered. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date.
