For quite some time guitarist Jarno Salomaa (Shape Of Despair, ex-Rapture) and vocalist Ilpo Paasela (The Chant) had spoken about putting together a band that would reflect the vulnerability and the certain atmosphere of the 90's. Such groups as early Katatonia, Paradise Lost and October Tide had made all-ghanging impact on both in their youth. Finally, in early 2015 the line-up was completed with Tomi Ullgren (Shape of Despair, Impaled Nazarene) on guitars, Sameli Köykkä (ex-Colosseum) on drums and Markus Forsström (The Chant) on bass. Counting Hours was born. The main thing was that all had similar thoughts on what kind of feelings and views the music can arouse. The first and so far only demo was recorded in summer/autumn 2016. Part of the material Jarno had written already in the late 90's before parting ways with Rapture and the other part came alive later. The untitled demo cd sold out fast but chance to re-release it on vinyl came in 2018. The official release will be on September through The Vinyl Division. The road to perdition will also go on as there's new material coming. Exit all false! This 2018 vinyl version includes an extended version of "Buried In The White" plus a new mix and master dedicated for vinyl. Limited to 200 copies on single black vinyl with printed inner sleeve. 45 RPM

Started in early 2010 by Sean Deth (Osi And The Jupiter, Witchhelm, Ulven), Lucian the Wolfbearer was conceived as a sonic funeral death doom project dedicated to the cosmic energy of nature through paganism and esoteric workings. After three full length albums available as digital download, LTWB released a last effort to date entitled "Old Roots" in 2019, again only self released on Bandcamp but finally seeing physical release in 2021 by The Vinyl Division as CD, LP and digital, all of them fully remastered by Greg Chandler at Priory Recording Studios. LTWB music is made to take you on a heavy journey of meditation into other realms of being, surrounded by a haunting atmosphere that will drive straight through the soul. 4 panel digipack limited to 300 pressings, remastered by Greg Chandler. Track 3 appears as "Binding the Will of Mountains".

Quintessential Atmospheric Doom Death act Pantheïst sixth studio album "Closer to God", limited to 200 copies on clear vinyl inside a black polylined sleeve, single jacket (uncoated side printing) and double sided insert. Special vinyl mastering by Greg Chandler at Priory Recording Studios. A lengthy and joyless lockdown; the ghost of Ennio Morricone; the soundtrack of videogames endlessly played; an unfulfilled need for connection; an acute awareness of the futility of it all. Those are some of the ingredients that have led to the creation of 'Closer to God', the sixth studio album of Pantheïst. Inspired by strange moods during the pandemic lockdown, Kostas gathered an international line-up of talented musicians spread over three countries and two continents. What started as an idea to record a single lengthy track in the vein of Skepticism's 'Aes', the efforts quickly escalated into the creation of a symphonic full-length album, consisting of four epic, diverse movements. These four tracks of cinematic funereal doom demonstrate a newfound balance after the bombastic 'Seeking Infinity' album in 2018. Blending in elements which will be familiar to those who have been following the band over the years, 'Closer to God' carries as much ambition as it does indifference for the sorry state of the world.

TodoMal (translates as “all evil” or “all wrong”) came to life in the year zero of our era, 2020, as the brain child of Wildman and Mile, two veteran multi-instrumentalists of the Spanish underground (and not only) metal scene, whose extensive background goes back to a myriad of projects of multiple styles. TodoMal is the product of serendipity, a personal combination of the solemnity of traditional doom metal with the profusion of space-rock. TodoMal's backdrop is the vast, placid and depressing desolate wasteland of the north of the Alcarria region, in the so-called "uninhabited rural Spain''. It evokes a place halfway between the Mancha of Don Quixote, the film Los Santos Inocentes, the realism of the Generation of '98, the ecclesiastical baroque, films such as Buñuel's Simon of the Desert, etc. Imagine Candlemass and Pink Floyd having a drunken brawl over some cheap wine and then writing an album to make amends... The result could well be 'Ultracrepidarian', the first work of TodoMal, a 38-minute journey made up of seven hypnotic tracks full of contrasts and surprises, a mix of gloomy decadence and forceful riffs plagued by exciting and epic passages of enveloping keyboards.
