Catania is an ancient port city on the east coast of the island of Sicily. Fordomth was born in 2013 here, by the joining of six members already active in the extreme music scene. In June 2015 the studio production of ‘I.N.D.N.S.L.E. - In Nomine Dei Nostri Satanas Luciferi Excelsi’ begun, resulting in a Black Funeral Doom Metal full-length concept album inspired by such bands as Ahab, Evoken, Longing for Dawn, Catacombs, Nortt. This first work is a concept album based on the theme of the eternal damnation and it’s developed is under the satanic perspective of it.

"In 2014, we started to work with our second album entitled "The Plague." We had some lyrics as well as fragments for the title track. The writing went slow for a while, but at the beginning of 2015 we managed to put 10 songs togehter that we all were satisfied with. The songs were recorded in late 2015 after a lot of technical problems during the recording. We contacted Roberto Toderico, who did the artwork for "Where the Angels Fall," and he made some awesome artwork that fits well with the concept of the album. The Plague is basicly 10 diffrent song that all deal with the concept "plague," all from a futuristic perspective to a more ancient perspective. The lyrics are also about how people justify terrible act by pretending to be chosen by god or by gods. The album is a mixture of different types of metal. We were not bound to boundaries when we created songs for Mordenial. Our definition of the "The Plague" is a heavy album with a lot of variation. We are very satisfied with the songs that came out of it, and hopefully you will like them too."

Formed in 2013, Deprive is the brainchild of a hyperactive veteran of the Spanish scene that goes under the nickname of Erun Dagoth, current/past member of a large number of bands and projects such as Briargh, Hrizg, Stormstone, CrystalMoors, Eldereon and Omendark, just to name a few. Drawing his influences from the early offerings of bands such as Paradise Lost, Hypocrisy, Morbid Angel, Abhorrence/Amorphis, Incantation, My Dying Bride and Bolt Thrower, Erun Dagoth manages to display a vast array of resources that makes his music gloomy yet luminous, crushing yet emotional, capturing the very essence of the old-flavoured, early and mid 90's Death Metal that used to toy with slower, doom-ish tempos to enhance the atmosphere.
