Дебютный одноименный альбом "Mirror" был полностью записан, сведен, смикширован и спродюсирован Jaime Gomez'ом в его собственной студии Orgone Studios (GHOST, PARADISE LOST, CATHEDRAL).

“Fucked-Up Songs” is a debut release of DISTRESSFUL PROJECT formed by the two member of a famous and well-liked band ATRA HORA (Pyatigorsk, Russia). The material for this album was composed back in 2008. However, after so many years the musicians decided to rework it completely rather than just re-record the outdated stuff. The new incarnation of songs was significantly influenced by a wide range of genres: a traditional gothic-doom metal foundation with gloomy thick death/doom metal riffs and mighty low male growling was combined with atmospheric post-rock interludes, ambient inserts and trip-hop beats generated using a time-honoured Roland TR-808, the iconic drum-machine from early 90s. Moreover, Yanis and Alextos introduced melodies untypical of doom death metal – they are more characteristic of Greek metal scene represented by ROTTING CHRIST and SEPTIC FLESH, and different vocal techniques – from clean singing to various extreme vocals. As a result the album sounds very lively. The musicians managed to avoid the excessive length of songs and dragging out of material in general, both characteristic of doom metal.

Crafting a cathartic experience through introspective yet raw music, “Fragments of a Fallen Star” explores space by combining psychedelic drone, acoustic passages, and energetic atmospheric black metal to form what Daniel Vanderberg of Cult Nation called:” "the aural equivalent of a DMT trip, rocketing from the moons of Jupiter through a dimensional portal to frosty northern forests, pagan rituals and medieval battlegrounds.” A genuine spirit can be heard all throughout “Fragments…” an album of visceral energy and ritualistic capacity, an album rooted in claustrophobic and raw, yet atmospheric and infectious black metal, interlaced with haunting synth, and transcendent folk melodies. “Fragments of a Fallen Star”, is at times sombre, othertimes haunting, sometimes spiritual, and still at other points abbrasive. It succeeds because it is able to paint a picture through patient and purposeful songwriting, revealing crescendos and cathartic peaks throughout. This album was originally self-released on cassette by Harrow in the summer of 2013. Now, more than three years later this underrated Blackened Folk album will be released in a digipack CD by Hypnotic Dirge Records on November 8. Fans and listeners of Alda, Skagos, Falls of Rauros, Obsidian Tongue, Blood of the Black Owl, Panopticon, Agalloch, Wolves In The Throne Room will appreciate Harrow!

EDGUY - немецкая power metal группа, основанная в 1992-м году 14-летними студентами, в основе которой был вокалист (и басист на ранних работах) Tobias Sammet, гитарист Dirk Sauer, барабанщик Dominik Storch и гитарист Jens Ludwig. Для названия группы они взяли прозвище своего учителя по математике, которого между собой называли "Edguy". В дискографии группы несколько дэмок, EP и синглов, пара концертных релизов и компиляций, DVD и десять полноформатных альбомов. "Kingdom of Madness" - дебютный полноформатный альбом EDGUY, релиз которого состоялся в феврале 1997-го года. По факту это уже вторая работа немцев, т.к. первым релизом группы стал альбом "Savage Poetry", выпущенный собственными силами EDGUY в 1995-м, но тираж и подход больше походил на дэмо-запись, и в 2000-м году EDGUY перезаписали "The Savage Poetry" с другим треклистом. Данное anniversary edition издание "Kingdom of Madness" вышло на AFM Records в июле 2018-го, является ремастированным и дополнено двумя бонус-треками. CD jewel box, 12-стр. буклет
