TodoMal (translates as “all evil” or “all wrong”) came to life in the year zero of our era, 2020, as the brain child of Wildman and Mile, two veteran multi-instrumentalists of the Spanish underground (and not only) metal scene, whose extensive background goes back to a myriad of projects of multiple styles. TodoMal is the product of serendipity, a personal combination of the solemnity of traditional doom metal with the profusion of space-rock. TodoMal's backdrop is the vast, placid and depressing desolate wasteland of the north of the Alcarria region, in the so-called "uninhabited rural Spain''. It evokes a place halfway between the Mancha of Don Quixote, the film Los Santos Inocentes, the realism of the Generation of '98, the ecclesiastical baroque, films such as Buñuel's Simon of the Desert, etc. Imagine Candlemass and Pink Floyd having a drunken brawl over some cheap wine and then writing an album to make amends. The result could well be 'Ultracrepidarian', the first work of TodoMal, a 38-minute journey made up of seven hypnotic tracks full of contrasts and surprises, a mix of gloomy decadence and forceful riffs plagued by exciting and epic passages of enveloping keyboards. 'Ultracrepidarian’ crosses the dark sea of doom metal’s orthodoxy to enter an oceanic chasm of as-yet unknown dimensions. Mastered by Greg Chandler at Priory Recording Studios, Summer 2021.

The long journey leading to the creation of this album started all the way back in the summer of 2012, when Kostas announced to his then band members an outline for a new concept album. This ambitious project would involve a short story which would serve as the concept of the album, the participation of numerous guests to emphasize each chapter’s unique characteristics, and a sound which would be designed to take the listener on a dazzling journey through the various twists and turns of the band’s sound throughout the years. It’s pretty safe to say that a lot of things have changed since then and the concept and sound have evolved dramatically until the creation of this album. However, despite the changes, the philosophy behind this concept album and its singular purpose have remained intact. And how could it not be, with such a pedigree of musicians in the band that are or were involved in bands as diverse and unique as FEN, SHAPE OF DESPAIR, CLOUDS and CRIPPLED BLACK PHOENIX. The album also features two top guest musicians, who were also previously members of the band, both shining in the track ‘1453: An Empire Crumbles’: Andy (SYVEN) and Pete (VOICES) add their own colourful brushstrokes to the album’s already varied palette. “Seeking Infinity” is a 60-minute cinematic journey through funeral doom landscapes. Those already familiar with the band, will be delighted by its twists and turns, presenting elements of brutal doom death metal and extreme blast beats, and turning with equal ease to ambient sounds, neofolk and post rock elements. Recorded, mixed and engineered by drummer Daniel Neagoe (Shape of Despair, Clouds) and enhanced with the enchanting artwork of the band’s visual artist Cheryl, the album sounds and looks both modern and familiar. It is sure to fill with nostalgia fans of old-school traditional funeral doom death, while also drawing to its mystical sound new followers for the years to come.

In their 3 years of existence, with one EP (Vaho) and one Full-Length album (Último Exhalario), Mourning Sun has earned a place in the international Doom Metal scene, as the proposal has rapidly became known overseas. Sound, texts and visual art have been shaped by influences from Doom, Folk and Black Metal, yet starting from a strong connection with the local geography and scenery of southern Chile, taking the duplicity of nature and existence, concrete and abstract. Thematically, "Einderlicht" focuses on the strange ability of humanity to consciously decide to commit suicide.
Accounting for their previous experience, which has borne good results, the musicians decided to again ask to perform recording Markus Stock, known for his cult bands and participation in the recording of Empyrium, Vision Bleak, Alcest, Secrets Of The Moon and many others. Born from an idea by guitarist -viNd- during a hiatus in his other bands (Manes and Atrox), a group of comrades that he knew had the live and studio experience needed to get this group off its feet were recruited, and thus Drontheim was established. Drontheim plays music on the edge between post-rock and alternative metal, infused with large amounts of atmospheric and cinematic passages. Sometimes distorted and strict, and other times dark and emotional. Members of Drontheim is, or has been involved with bands like Manes, Atrox, Khonsu, Bloodthorn and more. Thematically Drontheim is rooted in an alternative reality regarding World War II, and the many “what if’s” in relation to the outcome of the war. The band is strictly non-political with no collective agenda on any level except the artistic, but the inspiration grew from a strong interest in WWII in general, and more specifically the German vision for Neu Drontheim - New Trondheim - as the new capital for the Germanized Scandinavia. “Down below” is their debut album after a handful of earlier digital singles and music videos, presented on single vinyl and printed inner sleeve plus poster. В отличие от предыдущего винилового издания на этот раз был выполнен специальный мастеринг с размещением альбома на трёх сторонах, для достижения максимального качества звука. Двойной чёрный или прозрачный 180 грамовый винил (по 100 штук каждого вида), упакованный в разворотный конверт, наконец представляют «Earthless» в достойном этого тёмного шедевра виде.

Дебютная работа детища гитариста шведской группы Draconian Юхана Эриксона, после того, как стала авторитетным образцом жанра и настоящим раритетом, наконец, воплотилась в виде двойного чёрного 180-граммового винила (45 об/мин,), упакованного в разворотный конверт, воспроизводящий оригинальное оформление CD 2006 года. Ограниченный тираж в 300 копий был напечатан в честь двенадцатилетия главного российского doom metal лейбла Solitude Productions и приурочен к одинадцатилетию издания самого альбома. Виниловое переиздание «Aeternum Vale» теперь ещё лучше поможет всем любителям doom death metal пережить вновь неописуемые чувства, при прослушивании легендарной записи и прикоснуться к частичке души музыканта, воплощённой в суровой, но, вместе с тем, атмосферной и мелодичной музыке.

For quite some time guitarist Jarno Salomaa (Shape Of Despair, ex-Rapture) and vocalist Ilpo Paasela (The Chant) had spoken about putting together a band that would reflect the vulnerability and the certain atmosphere of the 90's. Such groups as early Katatonia, Paradise Lost and October Tide had made all-ghanging impact on both in their youth. Finally, in early 2015 the line-up was completed with Tomi Ullgren (Shape of Despair, Impaled Nazarene) on guitars, Sameli Köykkä (ex-Colosseum) on drums and Markus Forsström (The Chant) on bass. Counting Hours was born. The main thing was that all had similar thoughts on what kind of feelings and views the music can arouse. The first and so far only demo was recorded in summer/autumn 2016. Part of the material Jarno had written already in the late 90's before parting ways with Rapture and the other part came alive later. The untitled demo cd sold out fast but chance to re-release it on vinyl came in 2018. The official release will be on September through The Vinyl Division. The road to perdition will also go on as there's new material coming. Exit all false! This 2018 vinyl version includes an extended version of "Buried In The White" plus a new mix and master dedicated for vinyl. Limited to 200 copies on single black vinyl with printed inner sleeve. 45 RPM
