The first full-length album from the Russian band Lorelei which found their unique way in the vast genre of gothic doom death metal. Inspired by art of Renaissance and Romanticism (in particular, by the poetry of the Protorenaissance representative Francesco Petrarca) the musicians filled the tracks with the airiness of professional female soprano interwoven with the gloom of low growling and melodic guitar riffs at the background of keyboards. The growl is performed by E.S., the leader of the band Who Dies In Siberian Slush, while drum parties are performed by Vladimir Lyashkov known for Decay Of Reality and Beheaded Zombie (he also took part in “Emanation of Hatred” by Revelations of Rain). The album was recorded at «Primordial studio» (Abstract Spirit, Comatose Vigil, Who Dies In Siberian Slush, Revelations of Rain); mastering was performed by Jerry Torstensson at Dead Dog Farm Studio (Saffle ,Sweden). Thus, the talented musicians present beautiful material being an implementation of their ideas having roots in gloomy waves of cold sea!

Debut full-length album by LUTOWRAT (Tomsk, Russia) is a kind of compilation summarizing three years of bands existence. The band plays heathen metal – a combination of fury and speed of black metal with atmosphere and melodiousness characteristic of pagan metal. The lyrics are based on sagas about the ancient heroes and gods of the Baltic Sea region along with anticlerical and pagan subjects. The album begins with bass intro plunging listeners into the dark atmosphere of the early medieval pre-christian Baltic Sea region. The intro is followed by the squall of guitar riffs and blastbeats alternating with melodic lines and atmospheric guitar picking. The most songs on the album can be characterized by tough black metal guitar riffing and angry truculent screaming. The CD also includes a cover version of "Ulfhednir Todesschwadron" originally performed by Teutonic knights from ABSURD. LUTOWRAT play their interpretation of this song on each show paying homage to the band whose music has become the most influential for their own style!

MACBETH - одна из первых heavy metal групп бывшей ГДР, сформированная в 1985-ом году. В 1987-ом группа была вынуждена сменить название на CAIMAN, так как была запрещена немецким режимом. Под этим названием группа записала пару демо-записей и распалась в 1989-ом после суицида вокалиста. В 1993-ем состоялся непродолжительный реюнион MACBETH, прерванный смертью барабанщика. Второй реюнион состоялся только в 2002-ом году, а из оригинального состава остался басист Hanjo Papst и гитарист Ralf "Zeidler" Klein. В дискографии MACBETH компиляция ранних демо-записей, DVD "25 Jahre Macbeth - From Hell" (2011), один концертник и четыре полноформатных альбома. "Gedankenwächter" - пятый полноформатный альбом MACBETH, вышедший 27-го марта 2020-го на лэйбле Massacre Records. Вся работа над альбомом была проведена на студии Temple of Disharmony Studios, владельцем которой является Patrick W. Engel - немецкий музыкант и продюсер, работавший с альбомами DESTRUCTION, EXUMER, HEAVEN SHALL BURN и многими другими, также бывший барабанщиком в MACBETH с 2008-го по 2010-ый. Maeskyyrn is a black metal entity born of Montreal, Quebec, in 2017. It released a first demo, “Thoughts Of Shattered Dreams,” in January 2018, and assembled as a live band. On October 17, 2019, the sky will turn black as Maeskyyrn prepares to reveal Interludes, their first full length, to the mortal world. With its raw guitars and tortured screams, the full band’s aesthetic is reminiscent of the second wave of black metal. But deep under its charcoaled skin, Maeskyyrn takes advantage of modern technologies, as can be seen in the drum recording, overall production, and layers of discrete background synth. Indeed, as the album title suggests, Maeskyyrn brings forth a number of atmospheric interludes, thus pacing the album with brief uncomfortable moments of respite, before dragging you into the darkest pits with a series of long, punishing tracks. The end result is a traditional but highly unorthodox black metal album, with hints of eclecticism that reveal themselves and grows on you upon each listen, slowly rotting you to the core. This album will appeal to fans of black metal in general, but also to those who have been following Hypnotic Dirge Records since its very first inception. The label is proud to add Maeskyyrn’s Interlude to a long tradition that also includes classic black metal albums from bands like Silent Path, Neige et Noirceur, Funeral Fornication, and Obsidian Tongue.

In our endless quest to push and support current underground acts that perpetuate the odor of vintage Death Metal, Memento Mori summons yet another ponderous beast from the crypts and unleashes it upon mankind: the debut album of Poland's Martyrdoom, "Grievous Psychosis". Conceived in Warsaw back in 2010, the band went through some lineup changes until they established a solid formation in 2014, including Sociak (vocals), Marol (guitar), Młynar (guitar / vocals), Artz (bass) and Wasyl (drums). Blending complex, blast-beat driven, darkened Death Metal with slow Doom passages, the band draws its main influences from the likes of Obituary, Immolation, Rippikoulu, Autopsy, Demilich, Triptykon, Cannibal Corpse, Incantation, Hooded Menace, Grave, Disma and Dead Congregation, but they spew all those influences out with renewed vigor. As far as non-musical inspirations go, their lyrics mostly revolve about old school horror/gore movies, personal struggles and the works of H.P. Lovecraft. Bloodthirsty and dripping with menace, these Poles armed with a thorough knowledge of ancient Death Metal create something vile and unearthly. Eschewing all trends, Martyrdoom trudge defiantly, blasting their noxious blend of Death Metal and Doom Metal music, urging cohorts to surrender to them at once. Eight tracks of visceral mayhem are channelled through what sounds like cavernous labyrinths and are as unrelenting as they are haunting. В дискографии MASTERPLAN ряд синглов и EP, а также 5 полноформатных альбомов и один концертный DVD "Keep Your Dream Alive" (2015). "Time to Be King" - четвертый полноформатный альбом MASTERPLAN, вышедший в мае 2010-го на AFM Records. Запись велась в собственной студии Роланда Грапова Grapow Studios, со сведением и мастерингом помогал Mikko Karmila и Mika Jussila из финской студии Finnvox Studio. Артворком занимался Hiko Kramer (работавший с U.D.O., CIRCLE II CIRCLE, BROTHERS OF METAL и другими). Данное издание включает бонус-трек "Kisses from You". Laurentian Black Metal band Mavradoxa returns with their second album “Lethean Lament” - an introspective and majestic album that is expansive, atmospheric, and melancholic. Releasing “Sojourners” last September, Mavradoxa’s two members Nival and Lux have quickly returned to Rotten Metal Recording Studio to record their follow-up “Lethean Lament.” The new album is perfect for dreary and rain-soaked days during solitary walks, or in any moment of introspection. Long progressive songs that flow with purpose where the atmosphere dictates and paints vivid stories in its movement and direction, the entire album encapsulates a whirlwind of emotion from raw carnal aggression, nature reverence, despair, longing, and bliss. “Lethean Lament” is honest genuine atmospheric Black Metal that carries on the tradition of bands like Agalloch, Alda, Waldgeflüster, Falls of Rauros, and Obsidian Tongue. Recorded in the spring of 2017, this album is set for release on June 22 through Hypnotic Dirge in a 4 panel digipack with a booklet. Andy McGirr (Hubris, Ferus Din) contributed violins on the tracks “Cicadan” and “Across the Nival Grove” and Mark Welden (Blurring, ex-Warblade) added guest vocals to “Crimson Waves of Autumnal Flame”.

Maze of Feelings is an unusual band from Poland, which has two vocalists in the line-up, both from Russia, and they both have already become a significant part of the Russian dark scene.
