Dynamic French duo ROSTRES present their first full length album ‘Les Corps Flottants’, a journey through turgid sludge, post-rock and shoegaze. Think of a slowed down Pelican or speed up Neurosis and you will have the right idea. These guys create huge atmosphere through pure riffage and towering, crashing drums alone. The album is fully instrumental as is often the case in this genre but that is not to it’s detriment, the dynamics of the performance and at times lyrical lead guitar/synth/even string patterns wandering back and forth across the riff gives the ear everything it could want. This is an exceptional ‘post’ album with a variety of sounds to both punish and reward the listener! The primary tone here can be defined as ‘BIG’. These are towering, monumental riffs supported by thunderous drums and given a sense of space with glittering effect drenched noise, juxtaposed against swathes of open ground, breathing and building room until the next mountain of noise for the listener to climb.

The Sunset Forsaken project was established in Donetsk in 2014 by musician Andrey Tolok as an alternative to his black metal project Haissem, since the music he composed did not fit into the frames of a single project.

Lyrically, the album consists of four completely different narrative stories. "Dulcet Amnesia" tells the story of a man who has lost his memories and, at the same time, found an incomprehensible calm, for whom loneliness became an anesthesia that split him from the rest of the world. “Through The Moon I've Seen The Sorrow Born” brings into the story of a man who, looking at the Moon, sees his life, which is divided into two periods: “before” and “after”. "The Ebony Chasm Of Despair" tells how a person, while falling into a bottomless abyss, observes what happened to our civilization throughout its existence. The final title track "85 Nerves" sheds light on the story of a woman, who was trapped within her dreams ...
Musically, "85 Nerves" is a classic dark metal with a doom / death influence, with typical genre features, such as melodic solos throughout the composition, growl as the main vocal, and viscous riffing.
The album is released as a 6-panel limited edition digipack.

First re-release of the seventh full-length studio album by legendary German Thrash Metal band. Old-school Thrash Metal with a modern production! Band got a hell of a lot more pedigree than a lot of people realize. After hitting the scene during the first wave of Teutonic Thrash Metal, alongside their more famous contemporaries Destruction and Kreator, these guys seemed to fade very quickly into near-total obscurity. It wasn’t for a lack of output, rather it was a lack of the luck. They’ve been nothing if not persistent though, because aside from a hiatus at the latter end of the 90s, Necronomicon have diligently plugged away at supplying a steady string of always respectable releases over the years. Amongst them, this 2012 effort ranks quite highly indeed. What becomes quickly evident when listening to "Invictus" is how much more refined the new Necronomicon's approach is. This album certainly represents the zenith of the progression they have undergone over the years. Gone is the rough appeal, and in its place you'll find first-rate song writing and a highly professional, up-to-date production style. What’s impressive is that in the process, they have managed to retain most of the manic energy that German Thrash Metal is so renowned for, even if it has become a little watered down by influences from the American Bay Area scene. The trade-off actually results in a much more interesting album. Stylistically speaking, this is straight-up Thrash Metal!! "Invictus" is the album that manages to holds its own against some of the best Thrash Metal releases of the past years!!! Re-release includes bonus-track and new cover artwork.

The long-awaited debut full-length by this Chilean band. Coffin Curse was thrown into this worthless world in Santiago in mid-2012, as a side-project of the main band Inanna, to spawn and vomit forth Death Metal in its purest form. Max Neira (guitars, bass, vocals) conceived this beast as a two-piece squad to explore the caverns of everlasting pain and horror. Musically, this is malevolent, straightforward, headbang-inducing Death Metal, inspired by early 90's U.S. icons such as Morbid Angel, Monstrosity, Obituary, Immolation or Deicide, plus the vicious vibe from the founding fathers such as Pentagram (Chile), Death, Possessed, Sepultura, Massacre, Slaughter Lord, Necrovore, etc. There's no blind allegiance nor messages to anyone; no dogmatic, religious, or cult preaching. Coffin Curse verses are just focused on the multiple facets of death in all its shapes, spiritually, physically, morally, mentally and metaphysically: evil, madness, multiple perversions, violence, hatred and despair, all that in communion within the endless confines of the human psyche. From 2012 up until 2018, Coffin Curse have insulted the planet with one demo, three EP's and one split effort, and now Max Neira along with Carlos Fuentes (drums) are ready to spit out the band's debut album, titled "Ceased to Be", which will be their biggest insult to the planet yet. Classic and crushing, Coffin Curse here unload a barrage of timeless Death Metal in a most late-80's mold, a time, it must be said (or at least repeated once again!), when "songwriting" and "Death Metal" weren't mutually exclusive terms. No riff salads, no jock jams, no gore-overload masking a dearth of ideas. Rather, taut and terrorizing memorability pumped full of catchy-as-the-clap riffs, haunting-the-chapel leads, and pro but not-too-polished production that only heightens the dark depths these Chileans plumb so powerfully. We'd deign to call it "classy" even, but this is fucking Death Metal after all! CATALYST CRIME - интернациональная symphonic metal группа, сформированная в 2017-ом. Создателями проекта являются Gerit Lamm (барабанщик XANDRIA) и американская вокалистка Zoe Marie Federoff (ex-INSATIA). Позже к CATALYST CRIME присоединились Jonah Weingarten (клавищник PYRAMAZE, ECHOTERRA), басист Matt Federoff (отец Zoe), гитарист Kaelen Sarakinis (ex-INSATIA) и гитаристка Chëna Roxx. GUS G. (Konstantinos Karamitroudis) - гитарист и один из основателей греческих power-металлистов FIREWIND. За свою карьеру Гас Джи принял участие во множестве проектов в качестве гостевого гитариста (DORO, JORN, KAMELOT) а также был концертным гитаристом у Оззи Осборна и какое-то время заменял Кристофера Эмотта в ARCH ENEMY. В записи одного из треков принял участие гитарист Vinnie Moore (UFO, ex-ALICE COOPER). HEAVY WATER - проект вокалиста SAXON Биффа Байфорда и его 23-летнего сына Себа Байфорда, идея которого родилась в семье британских музыкантов во время локдауна. Результатом совместной работы отца-ветерана хэви-метала и сына-фаната BLACK SABBATH (а также старого гранжа в духе SOUNDGARDEN и PEARL JAM) стал альбом "Red Brick City" - блюзово-гранжевый, с налетом классического и психоделик-рока. "Red Brick City" - дебютный альбом HEAVY WATER, вышедший 23-го июля 2021-го на Silver Lining Music. Отец с сыном занимались гитарными и вокальными партиями, также были привлечены гостевые музыканты - барабанщик Tom Witts (NAKED SIX) и David Kemp (THE BIG BAD HORNS), занимавшийся партиями саксофона и клавишных. Мастерингом "Red Brick City" занимался Jacky Lehmann, работавший с VENDETTA, SODOM, а также над некоторыми альбомами и концертниками SAXON.

VICTORY - немецкая heavy metal/hard rock группа, сформированная в 1984-ом году участниками группы FARGO (существовавшей с 1973-го по 1984-ый). После записи дебютного одноименного альбома в 1985-ом, к VICTORY присоединился гитарист ACCEPT Герман Франк, на сегодняшний день являющийся единственным участником VICTORY из основного состава. Группа прекращала деятельность в 2011-ом году, но уже в 2013-ом вновь возобновила её. В дискографии группы с десяток синглов, несколько концертников и десять полноформатных альбомов. "Gods Of Tomorrow" - одиннадцатый полноформатный альбом VICTORY (и первый полноценный релиз группы за 10 лет), вышедший 26-го ноября 2021-го на AFM Records.
