Intaglio has always been a project that’s not afraid to push boundaries and set new standards in the genre. The extensive use of double bass and cello injects a unique character into the recording, and is just one of many things that helps make the band stand out from its peers in death doom metal. Even though it’s only a demo, “The Memory of Death” is a huge step up from the debut in terms of composition and production value.

The full length album is scheduled to be released in 2021.

Inspired by art of Renaissance and Romanticism (in particular, by the poetry of the Protorenaissance representative Francesco Petrarca) the musicians filled the tracks with the airiness of professional female soprano interwoven with the gloom of low growling and melodic guitar riffs at the background of keyboards. The growl is performed by E.S., the leader of the band Who Dies In Siberian Slush, while drum parties are performed by Vladimir Lyashkov known for Decay Of Reality and Beheaded Zombie (he also took part in “Emanation of Hatred” by Revelations of Rain). The album was recorded at «Primordial studio» (Abstract Spirit, Comatose Vigil, Who Dies In Siberian Slush, Revelations of Rain); mastering was performed by Jerry Torstensson at Dead Dog Farm Studio (Saffle ,Sweden). Thus, the talented musicians present beautiful material being an implementation of their ideas having roots in gloomy waves of cold sea!

Soijl is a special project established by Swedish multi-instrumentalist Mattias Svensson (Saturnus, Istapp, Vanmakt, Nidrike) many years ago, however, only in late 2014 the band started recording the official 3-song demo. The songs received positive response among fans of doom music and the band continued to work with enthusiasm over the other tracks. The album is called «Endless Elysian Fields» and contains seven songs lasting for a total of about an hour and stylistically tending to atmospheric doom death metal. According to the band members, these are "7 tracks full of total despair and fear", as the lyrics of the album tell mostly about people with suicidal tendencies and what is going on in their heads.The disc comes with a luxurious 20-page booklet. The Sunset Forsaken project was established in Donetsk in 2014 by musician Andrey Tolok as an alternative to his black metal project Haissem, since the music he composed did not fit into the frames of a single project.
The second full-length album, "85 Nerves", is finally released on CD by Solitude Productions.
Lyrically, the album consists of four completely different narrative stories. "Dulcet Amnesia" tells the story of a man who has lost his memories and, at the same time, found an incomprehensible calm, for whom loneliness became an anesthesia that split him from the rest of the world. “Through The Moon I've Seen The Sorrow Born” brings into the story of a man who, looking at the Moon, sees his life, which is divided into two periods: “before” and “after”. "The Ebony Chasm Of Despair" tells how a person, while falling into a bottomless abyss, observes what happened to our civilization throughout its existence. The final title track "85 Nerves" sheds light on the story of a woman, who was trapped within her dreams ...
Musically, "85 Nerves" is a classic dark metal with a doom / death influence, with typical genre features, such as melodic solos throughout the composition, growl as the main vocal, and viscous riffing.
The album is released as a 6-panel limited edition digipack.
